Lexrae Support offers a wide range of services including community support, community hub, re-enablement, supported living, transitions services. To ensure best practice across organisation, our
philosophy is that the individuals being supported should be at the centre of the support we provide.

We continuously strive to improve the lives of those we support and work with external professionals, inclusive of social services and health to ensure we are able to support progression, 
inclusion, whilst safeguarding all involved.

We have our own specialist team within our organisation who provides professional expertise in PBS. All staff have been trained in PBS and Person Centred approaches. We are a service that is led by professionals with a wealth of qualifications, experience,
and knowledge in health and social care.

This experience enables us to cascade this knowledge base to our diverse and adaptable support team to assure we work in accordance with best practice guidelines, legislative updates, prescribed legal frameworks and that support assessment planning provision facilitates positive risk taking and personal development where the ethos is about identifying and working with strengths.
